Tips for a helpful message

The more context you share, the faster we can help. Here are a few things worth including when you reach out.

Browser & OS — e.g. "Chrome 122 on macOS Sonoma". Rendering issues are often environment-specific.
Steps to reproduce — a numbered list of actions makes bug fixes much quicker.
File format & content — if the issue is reproducible with a specific molecule, attaching the file helps enormously.
Screenshot or console log — a screenshot or the browser console output (F12 → Console) goes a long way.
Use case context — for feature suggestions, explaining why you need it helps us prioritise and design it well.
